Registrations will only be accepted upon full payment of the fee & receipt of the registration information. Successful registrants will be confirmed by email.

Fees shall under no circumstances be refunded. If you cannot attend a booked event, you may transfer your booking to a replacement registrant provided that HKCPDC is notified in writing in advance.

If you cannot hear from us for 7 days after your postage or email or registration, please email to seminar@hkcpdc.org with subject “Assistance”.

If enrolment is unsuccessful, registrant will receive a refund of the appropriate fee.

The event will be conducted in English.

Attendance certificate will be sent to the registrants after the event.

HKCPDC reserves all rights to alter the contents, speaker(s) or otherwise of this event, or cancel this event at its own discretion and the decision shall be final.

Recipients may opt out of receiving materials from Acompany International Ltd/ HKCPDC at any time by sending an email to unsubscribe@hkcpdc.org with subject “Unsubscribe”.

Adverse Weather Arrangement

The seminar will be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted on the day of the event.

If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered in 8 hours prior to the event, the seminar will be held as scheduled.

Cancelled seminar may be postponed to a date to be fixed subject to the availability of the venue and speakers and participants will be advised accordingly.

No re-funded will be provided in any case of cancellation of the seminar.
